Role/Responsibilities:
Ensure the stable operation of internal company computer networks. Includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software and communications. Analyze and resolve end-user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide basic end user training when required.
-Manage servers and their associated operating systems and software.
-Manage all network hardware and equipment including routers, switches, hubs and printers.
-Ensure network connectivity of all workstations.
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
-Administer, maintain and support PBX and voicemail systems and diagnose voice communication problems.
-Define and perform system backups and recovery to ensure full data retrieval and recovery.
-Support and maintain video conferencing and multimedia presentation equipment and tools.

Qualifications:
-College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science.
-Minimum of 3 years work experience.
-Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office products, Internet Explorer, Active Directory.
-Solid technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
-Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, subnets, gateways and routing.
-Available for some travel
-On-call availability for possible after hours and weekend support, system maintenance
