Job Description:
$100-120k base plus bonus

Must have experience managing channel partner programs within the technology field. Not a channel sales position.

Travel: 20-30%

-Manage current partner programs at the Senior level.
-Identify and pursue opportunities within assigned partners.
-Collaborate with Director of Program Development to ensure smooth transition of new partner programs. Provide feedback from partners on issues, concerns, and additional partner development requirements.
-Prepare detailed account plans, and ongoing project plans for assigned partners
-Work with cross functional team including marketing, product development, legal and finance and administration to continue to grow partner programs
-Oversight for the registration of new partner opportunities
-Maintain monthly pipeline reports per partner - included in reports should be lead activity and revenue generation as well as current issues and problems resolution
-Responsible for Contract Management and Renewal for all assigned partners
-Liaison between Partner and New Business Sales organization
-Interface with partner on all deal related issues, i.e. margin, contract language, pricing, etc.
-Manage Partner Alliance Manager(s) as assigned
-Responsible for ensuring the appropriate resources are assigned for sales training, marketing, and ongoing partners support
-Maintain communication with Sr. Levels within partnership by scheduling Governance meetings between both companies’ Sr. Executives

Required Skills:

-College Degree or work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent; preferred BA or BS or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA a plus.
-3-4 years experience in Alliance Management/Channel Sales Management.
-Prior experience managing a channel program and interfacing with a large, direct, business to business sales force is preferred.
-Proven proficiency and understanding of sales process, business planning, and product development in the IT services or related industry.
-Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Ability to conceptualize and sell ideas internally.
-Innovation and the ability to gain consensus is necessary.
-Negotiation skills essential.
-Must be a strong team player.
-Good analytical skills.
-Must be well organized.
