Help Desk Application User Engineer
Up to $55K
Customer service position that assists Traders
with day to day questions and issues with the
usage of an electronic brokerage platform. Position
will help users with application support for
fixed income and other electronic trading applications.
Required Qualifications:
- MUST be able to navigating (i.e. know how
to open a session, gateway or servers) via a
system like a Unix, C++, or Java or Bloomberg
or eSpeed or Brokertech.
- A basic understanding of how the bond market/futures
AUCTIONING PROCESS. We will train but candidate
MUST be a quick learner.
Other Skills:
- Successful applicants must have previous customer
service experience with strong communication
skills.
- Position requires excessive follow through
with internal and external groups in a time
sensitive environment.
- Holder of Series 7, 63 or 21 is a huge plus
but not necessary.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast
pace environment
- Must be proactive and possess a “can-do”
approach
- Flexible and be willing to help out team when
needed.
