Manager of Information Security Support
Up to $97K
Build, communicate and drive an effective delivery
of information security services across ITIL-based
process teams. Monitor security services, and
drive strong security awareness and best practices
as well as a security mind-set within the security
operations teams. The Manager of Security Support
will periodically meet with internal teams and
Security customers to drive awareness, best
practices, metrics, and proper governance for
segregation of duties responsibilities. The
Manager of Security Support will be responsible
for the monitoring and review of all firewall
rules, server configurations, patch management,
and access control systems for these customers
and for the Company’s security services
delivery.
Responsibilities:
-Manage projects and matrix teams to ensure
compliance of security controls and requirements
of security customers.
-Maintain the highest levels of integrity, following
all security policies, documentation and best
practices in managing customer security compliance
needs.
-Development and implement a security monitoring
program to ensure customer satisfaction and
compliance of customer security requirements.
-Provide exceptional customer service through
timely communication, professionalism and a
strong sense of urgency to our customers and
fellow team members.
-Oversee the remediation of all security compliance
issues for security customers.
-Maintain clear communications, documentation,
and timely support for security compliance activities.
-Provide on-call support as needed to ensure
that all security compliance issues are effectively
managed.
Qualifications:
-CISSP or CISA with a minimum of 3 years in
a project management role required.
-Minimum of 10 years of Security, IT Audit,
and/or IT experience required.
-BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
work experience required with a minimum educational
requirement of a H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
-Strong customer service, communication, and
presentation skills required.
-Strong project management, time management,
and organizational skills required.
-Able to identify, monitor and remediate security
compliance issues.
-Able to maintain proficiency in security compliance
tools, techniques, and processes.
-Able to conduct firewall reviews and security
reviews of servers.
-Ability to develop and implement a security
compliance monitoring program for customer requirements
