This is a hands-on software development role
which involves working closely with the business
in order to implement changes to the existing
trade capture platform for a range of fixed
income, equity and derivative products.
The initial purpose of this position is to
ensure the smooth integration of new business
streams into the strategic trade capture systems.
The team is required to work on several implementation
projects simultaneously usually in small project
groups.
This role will be expected to provide input
into all phases of all the projects, while specifically
concentrating on the development, implementation
and releasing of the chosen solutions and ensuring
all development work applies a consistent approach.
The work is varied and will range from small
fixes and enhancements to implementing new products,
new interfaces and performing technology upgrades.
The objectives of the role are:
To analyze, design, build and implementation
such projects.
To provide input into and drive the ongoing
technological improvement.
To liaise with other development teams as necessary
to implement cross-team projects.
Provide technical support to other team members
and to production support teams

Qualifications:
-Java
-Crystal Reports
-RapidSQL or other SQL Tools
-Source Control Software (Perforce, used here)
-.NET
-Perl
-HTML/JavaScript/XML and Web Page Design
